Most people need that extra push, that strategy for fast results and the accountability of a group and a coach to maximise results . So we put together proven scientific training and nutrition principles with the community of a group and measurable results and online and in person support and coaching.
What Results can i expect ?
If you follow our nutrition recommendations and turn up for the group pt sessions
- 1 pound of fat loss per week (NOT WEIGHT LOSS, FAT LOSS ) we preserve strength and lean tissue, we are not a clap and weigh club celebrating water and muscle loss !!!!!
- Inches lost from the waist in ladies and men, inches lost from thighs and buttocks in ladies, inches gained on arms in men and same or increased chest in men.

When do they run and how long do they last ?
We do the shorter sprint ones like our 6 week santa shred and longer courses of 8 & 12 weeks.
We have the 6 week shred starting tuesday 7th November and our next longer challenge starting in January.
