Class descriptions

A quick guide to the sensational classes here at streamline gym wibsey,

 

  • FT – functional training at its very best, kettlebells, bodyweight, barbells, battle ropes, sandbags etc. You name it, we use it to create a fun, fat burning interval based class. Suitable for all levels as you can go as hard as want based on your fitness levels. Its run in the main gym in the functional area.
  • Ab Blast – torch your abs, obliques and whole core area with this short, sharp, intense class to firm up that midsection and carve out those abs. 30 minutes your abs will thank you for !!!
  • Spin / Blast spin – high energy, high calorie burn and feel awesome afterwards in this cardio fest to get the heart pumping and legs turning. Always popular in its own custom studio with the music cranked up to set the tone.
  • The Beast – full blown all out full body session. Ropes, dumbbells, suspension trainers, prowler pushing bonanza to torch fat and challenge you to the max. Done in the functional area of the gym and remember to bring your best.
  • LBT – like ronseal, does what it says on the tin, LEGS, BUMS & TUMS…… simples !. A fave to tone and firm those areas that can be a real problem.
  • zumba – shake your problems away and dance like no ones watching whilst burning the calories to have fun with the girls and getting fit at the same time.
  • Yoga – relax, stretch and sooth the mind in this ever popular class. Yoga is great for all ages and all abilities and is the perfect complement to hard gym sessions to ease tight muscles and relieve back pain. Yoga has been proven time and time again to help relieve stress and improve work related performance.
  • Pilates – well known for improving posture and strengthening the core, this class is a favourite and tones, and firms the body in a class for all levels.
  • HIIT – high intensity interval training is a short intense calorie crunching class to improve fitness and burn fat. This class is varied, fun and challenges your abilities .
  • Body shock – a challenging, fun circuit in the studio with high energy and working the full body. the only shock will be how fast the class goes by !!!!
  • Body Blast – a gym floor class in the functional area using intense bursts of efforts in varied format usine bodyweight, ropes, kettlebells plus much more .
  • Disco whamba – get your disco shoes on ¬†and bring your best moves. one of our most popular classes and unique is never truer than this signature class. Fun, laughs, moves that should be illegal…….. its all here in the cracker of a class.
  • Pump – using weights in a controlled manner working the full body in this popular toning class.
