I have had a huge interest in fitness ever since I walked through the gym doors as a skinny teenager many years ago. I know how it feels to walk into a crowded gym and feel like all eyes are on you like you don’t belong. I know what it’s like to sit on a machine and wonder if it is going to kill me!
It was experiencing all these emotions and undergoing my own personal journey that has inspired me to want to help others by becoming a Personal Trainer.
I see a healthy lifestyle as a way of life, and believe that determination, motivation, and a never-quit attitude are paramount in achieving any goals set in life.
