I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Sports Coach.
I have many years experience in the sporting/fitness industry and am currently providing a range of services across this sector.
I am building up my 1-2-1clients both in the gym, home based and outdoors; as well as running weekly Boot Camps.
Alongside my Personal Training Qualification I have a BA(hons) Degree in Dance Theatre and have danced professionally in the past for the Leeds Rhinos Dance Team. After University I spent a year working out in Australia as a gymnastics coach and have since developed teaching across all national curriculum sports. My background in sport, dance and gymnastics has given me the drive to embrace my passion for fitness and physical activity; and use this to offer guidance and motivation for other people.
I believe in encouraging a healthy, obtainable lifestyle that will lead to clients achieving their goals. I specialise in weight loss, muscular development, general fitness, core strength and sport specific training. I am also qualified to plan and deliver Pre and Post-Natal exercise and offer nutritional guidance. My main aim is to help and guide you to become a healthier and happier version of yourself.
