Hi everyone, I’m Sarah and I have been a Personal Trainer for over 3 years, before that I was in Armed Forces for 7 years.
I train, motivate and support people who want my help to achieve their goals. I am also pre-and post-natal qualified as well as mother so I am often popular with mums.
I love to train people because I like to help change people’s lives for the better. I like making people see that anything is possible.
I have helped clients to lose weight such as 4 stones in a year, gain muscle mass and weight when they struggled and helped them gain the confidence to sign up for fun runs and races. I have also helped mums get their bodies back after the pregnancy.
I believe I am different because I treat people as people, I listen to them and give them reasons to trust me. I am here to educate and get people to love fitness, not to break them.
