Sarah has worked for and with Streamline for the past 11 years. She has covered all areas of gym life.
She has worked with some amazing clients from track athletes, body builders and clients wanting to change their life style and improve their health and fitness. Her clients have ranged from 16years -79years both male and female. Sarah enjoys working on a one to one basis with people to set realistic goals and through measurable training and nutrition achieving thing they never thought possible.
Sarah truly believes everyone is capable of improving their way of life reducing stress though exercise and healthy living.
Sarah hopes to deliver fun and safe effective tailored personal training sessions to each of her clients. She has had some fantastic success with clients whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or change of mind set.
Sarah has 11 years gym experience, 9 years health and wellbeing and 4 years sports massage.
Here’s how she fits it all in, personal training runs Tuesdays and Wednesday at Streamline and local home appointments.
Sports massage therapy runs Thursday, Friday and alternate Saturdays within the Streamline Refresh Spa.
